Our culture is an attitude Luminary Studios, fuelled by adventure and celebration.  At Luminary Studios we have celebration evenings, performances and trips throughout our academic year. We are also in the process of designing our bespoke badge reward system, where our young people can collect badges to acknowledge  and celebrate their commitment and achievements. 

We understand the importance of raising self-esteem by recognising our young people's hard work, efforts and personal growth. Our department for Culture insert events that will enable our young people to experience, understand and appreciate each others' achievements and the wider world around them. 

We love research, so we are confident that the cultural experience at Luminary Studios will empower our young people and provide individuals with experiences that will give them the confidence and tools to succeed in society.
